Benepower Launches TruVo Enterprise for the Healthcare Payer Ecosystem, with Two Product Lines: Autonomy and Dataforce

Press Release Shankha Basu

TruVo Autonomy automates intake, resolves member questions around the clock, makes staff more productive, and records every action for audit, while Dataforce coordinates compliant data exchange across the self-insured ecosystem, targeting a 300% return on investment

[ATLANTA, Ga.] — [Month Day], 2026 — Benepower today announced TruVo Enterprise, an agentic AI platform built for healthcare payer organizations, including health plans, third-party administrators, and care-management companies. It launches with two product lines. TruVo Autonomy automates administrative workflows, streamlines provider and member intake, engages members, and resolves member questions autonomously 24 hours a day. It raises the productivity of the people who handle complex cases, and it logs every agent action and human decision so operations stay auditable and compliant. Dataforce coordinates and transfers data compliantly among the plan sponsors, administrators, and vendors of the self-insured ecosystem, so agents have the data they need to finish the work. Benepower designed the platform to deliver a 300% return on investment for payer operations teams.

The launch comes as payers move from testing AI to demanding results from it. The 2026 Healthcare AI ROI Scorecard, a survey of 226 healthcare executives by Bessemer Venture Partners and Bain & Company, found that healthcare AI paid back in about 12 months rather than the 24 buyers expected, at an average return of 3.5 times cost. The survey reported that returns are concentrated in administrative work, with payer member engagement returning 3.2 times cost, provider network operations 3.3 times, and claims 3.4 times.

The same research shows how far most payers still have to go. Only 6% of payer AI use cases have reached full production, unchanged from a year earlier, even though 62% of respondents in payer member engagement already run semi- or fully autonomous agents. More than half of buyers say they are inundated with point-solution pitches, and 42% are consolidating vendors. Governance has become a buying criterion: 72% of organizations now run an AI governance committee, and regulatory and compliance uncertainty is the leading cause of delayed or cancelled deployments.

“Payers do not need another pilot. They need intake queues that clear themselves and members who get an answer at two in the morning,” said Julian Lago, CEO of Benepower. “TruVo Enterprise does the routine work on its own, hands the hard calls to a person with the full context, and leaves a record a compliance team can audit. The return shows up in the operating budget.”

TruVo Autonomy: agentic operations for payer teams

  • Call center and workflow automation. AI agents run repeatable administrative and servicing work from start to finish, across phone, chat, and messaging.
  • Provider and member intake. Agents capture, validate, and route incoming requests, so staff start with a complete case instead of a callback.
  • Member engagement. Proactive outreach and guidance help members understand their benefits and find the right care.
  • Autonomous resolution, 24×7. Members get answers on eligibility, claims status, and benefits at any hour, drawn from live plan data.
  • Human productivity. When a case needs judgment or trust, the agent hands it to a staff member with the history, documents, and a suggested next step attached. Staff spend their time deciding, not gathering, and each person handles more cases.
  • Auditability. Every agent action, data source, handoff, and human decision is logged with a timestamp, so any outcome can be traced and reviewed after the fact.
  • Compliance. The platform is built for HIPAA-regulated operations, with access controls, configurable rules for when a person must review, and reporting for governance and compliance teams.

Dataforce: compliant data coordination for agentic operations

Self-insured health benefits run across many separate organizations: employers, third-party administrators, stop-loss carriers, pharmacy benefit managers, care-management companies, and point solutions. An agent can only complete a task when the right data reaches it from each of them. Dataforce is the layer that moves that data.

  • Data coordination. Eligibility, claims, authorization, and accumulator data is kept in step across the organizations that serve a plan.
  • Compliant transfer. Each exchange follows the permissions and agreements that govern it, and shares only the data the task requires.
  • Built for agents. Agents in TruVo Autonomy, and in partner systems, receive data in a consistent form at the moment a workflow needs it.
  • Traceable exchange. Every transfer is logged with its source, recipient, and purpose, so data movement can be audited alongside agent actions.

TruVo Autonomy and Dataforce work together or separately, and payers can deploy TruVo Enterprise under their own brand. It connects to existing eligibility, claims, and authorization systems without replacing them.
